I went to 23 W Main Street branch 2 days back. They counter lady staff in afternoon was very rude n arrogant but I can't stop eating tex's because I love it n that's the only halal option available.

I went last night to the new Woodbridge area spot. Placed order online for special 4 pieces for $5, only got 3 pieces of chicken. Chicken is juicy but definitely needs more crunch to it.

First fast food burger I’ve ever where the product looked like the picture (in a good way). I ordered the Double cheeseburger and it did not disappoint. Two nice large patties with crispy lettuce, a nice slice of tomato and a slice of red onion topped I guess with their own sauce. It was juicy, tasty and the roll was fresh. The fries were actually good with a nice taste. The staff is very friendly and service was quick. I will definitely try their other offerings.

The food used to be good, but if you place big orders now, they mess it up. Usually, at least one or two burgers contain tiny chicken patties so you get cheated. When you bring to the staff’s attention, they laugh it off with stupid comment.

I ordered the hot tenders combo and the meat was so dry and it was a little burnt. Also, in the chicken sandwiches, instead of giving me a whole piece of chicken, they put two chicken tenders. The food service was so awful. This Tex’s is the worst one I’ve ever been to.

I wouldn’t even call the food “mids”. It was low quality chicken, most plain & bland Cole slaw you could possibly make. I paid $12 for a chicken sandwhich meal and got the most pathetic weird looking little thin piece of chicken & a little bit of Cole slaw. Feel like I got ripped off for the price. BETTER OFF GOING TO WENDYS/KFC ANYDAY, WOULD AT LEAST GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. Not to mention the snobby guy at cash register that had to make comments about my car having issues then tell me I’m lazy for not fixing it. LOL, I’m not one to judge but buddy you don’t even know me or how much work I put out for my family , I don’t have time to fix my car immediately so maybe keep your rude comments to yourself.

I went there with a friend and ordered a chicken burger, tenders, and other items; however, one of the worker dropped the burger on the floor. When I spotted them, they started giggling and tried to hide that burger from me. After a bit, another worker went to the kitchen and took the identical burger that had fallen on the floor and added it to our order. We notified them that you were given the same burger, but they stated it was new.Even they admit that they dropped the burger but claim that this is a new burger. But I know it wasn't the new one. Very unprofessional approach and dishonesty towards their customers. I would never return there again
