Ordered online and when we went to pickup the order we were told the grills were broken and they can’t serve food. Request for refund has not processed so not only did I have to find another Wendy’s, I got charged twice for lunch.
You would think being ALL NEW here The Would be On there Toes!!!

Would not fulfill a mobile order that I had a receipt for showing that it was paid because it did not show up on their computer. The girl up front offered to let me purchase the food again as if that was some kind of solution. Unimpressed.
