McDonald's is a fast food company known for its burgers, french fries, various drinks, and many diverse meals. While some customers have experienced issues with orders being messed up, the staff and management at this location are often quick to resolve problems and provide good customer service. The self-checkout system offers convenience, though the dining room could be cleaner. Customers have praised the friendly and happy workers, especially during closing time, and have noted that the staff often seem to enjoy their work. However, some reviews mention management problems, such as receiving fewer chicken nuggets than ordered and difficulties with refunds or credits. The prices are considered high for fast food, but the fish sandwich remains a popular choice, even if it is smaller than before. Despite some inconsistencies, the restaurant is appreciated for its good reception and upscale dealing with customers.
