Our first time ordering here. The food was good, and I don't know how they're making their whipped cream but it was absolutely amazing. But I really wrote this to say a thank you to the Sunday morning staff there on 10/12. There was a mix up and we didnt get a lg part of our order. Bagel chalet had their driver drop off our missing items in less than 15mins. There's no accountability for restaurants in the age of door dash/ uber eats. Ive had entire orders swapped...
I strongly recommend this place. The soups are phenomenal. My sandwich is made perfectly ever time. The staff is wonderful. Managers Nick and Ricky are extremely caring about customer satisfaction. I have never had such a consistently delicious experience at any other place. I've gone in and had food delivered
I come here from time to time and I have enjoyed their food, but I always loved the service, the smiles. I called in an order today. When I went in , I told the lady behind the counter i was here for a phone order. She just looked at me and continued to make a coffee. And while she had her back to everyone making coffee, she was reading texts on her watch and talk texting back. Really annoying when you haven't even told anyone I was here for a phone order pickup.
