I ordered a picture cake and it came out perfect! The picture was exactly what I requested. The ice cream was very fresh and creamy with a generous amount of crunchies in the middle of the cake. The store is also bright, clean, and friendly every time I visit it.

This is THE WORST ICECREAM STORE EVER!! I ordered a Icecream cake for my daughters birthday and it was disgusting. It wasn't even made of of ice cream. They must have made it from some sorta of watered down yogurt mix. It tasted like white water with sprinkles on it!! We were all so disappointed, nobody had more than one bite, after paying $30!!! The next day I called and spoke to a manager and she said sorry and hung up!! Great customer service, I will never go back there again and I will make sure no one I know does either!!

Best Dunkin' Donuts on LI, nicest people work here and they know how to make the coffee the way you like it! Worth getting out of your car as there is no drive thru but totally worth it !
So disappointed in our $100 cake we purchased. Showed a sample of what I wanted it to look like using the colors Yellow/black. Wish I didn't prepay as it was barely decorated and colors where yellow and brown!! Ask the girls to fix it a bit and she said no!

Had an issue today with the other store down the street and these ladies were more than happy to help me out. Food tastes good. Coffee is great. Service is awesome. This is a good Dunkin' Donuts location. Will be coming here before my shifts for tasty food.
