“I have had the pleasure of dining at the Hidden Gem Cafe and having various meals catered by the Hidden Gem Cafe on numerous occasions. I can say that breakfast, lunch, dinner, and dessert are all super delicious. Breakfast sandwiches are delicious, and the French toast is amazing. The catering is on time, fresh, hot, and replete with every condiment, utensil, paper goods, etc. The pies are some of the best I have tasted. “The first thing that caught my attention was the aromatic scent of freshly brewed coffee that permeated the air. It was evident that the coffee beans used here were of exceptional quality. The baristas were not only knowledgeable but also passionate about their craft, taking the time to explain the different brewing methods and flavor profiles available. i can recommend this coffee shop with my friends and family.

“We visited Northport on a weekday in April, after visiting the Tulip farm not too far. We were looking for a fast-casual place to eat with the kids, 2 of them vegetarian. We couldn't find anything attractive until we reached the end of the commercial street, at Martoni. We ordered a few panini sandwiches, they were huge, and tasted great! Staff were very friendly too.

Vegetarian options: The menu is attached. We had great vegetarian cheese panini and a vegetarian ravioli.

Parking: On a weekday in Aprill parking wasn't a big problem on a windy afternoon. The parking lot was for free.“

You have to get the Cookie Butter latte 🍪 it’s to die for and their Paratha Roll is really good too the flavors pair up well. “Been there twice. Had Omelette and burrata Avacado toast. Hazelnut latte. All were delicious! Their coffee is top notch. Service is the problem. They do not have enough wait staff, baristas, maybe even cook staff. The one waitress they have literally is everywhere. First time, long wait for food and second time, long wait for coffee…Went during the week both times and many customers come in for coffee to go… strongly suggest more baristas to handle both seated customers and to-go-customers These issues make me hesitate to come again even though the food and coffee are great! ?? There are plenty of other good breakfast/brunch spots nearby that are just as busy that don’t have these service issues. If fixed, this would be my main stay spot for brunch!“

“They have a Victorian Tea at the Cafe. We made a reservation for a Saturday afternoon a day before. The Victorian Tea was $42.95 a person plus tax and automatic 20% tip so for 2 people, the bill was $110.49. Each person gets a tea pot. The scone and pistachio cake were good. The decor in the tea room was nice though. We came in a relatively hot day and they had fans out since there was no AC.“

“This is a great Panera location! The employees are always helpful and friendly. The light coffee here was excellent yesterday with a little sugar plus some half and half. The cashier also told me about my available free bagel and also the expiration date for it.

Parking: If the lot behind Panera is full, you can drive across the street and park behind the Golden Dolphin restaurant.“

“My husband & I were at the Smithtown Historical Grounds for a craft fair on 6/7/21. We ordered the typical chicken fingers with fries & bbq sauce on the side. Well, this was anything but typical! The food was delicious but the bbq sauce was unique & incredible and left me wanting more….no NEEDING more! As for not paying the rest of the money owed for the hot dog truck he purchased, the previous owner failed to tell him the things wrong with it and the pieces they failed to give him at the time of purchase. So who is the victim in this transaction? He's still fixing and paying for the plumbing on the cart! His restaurant is immaculate and so is the kitchen. The food is the highest quality for a diner.“

“I've always been going to this location due to its convenience but now that it's under new ownership this year, not only is it better but you get more for your dollar. The prices now are actually better than they were under previous management. Great combinations for breakfast or lunch, many fresh cream cheeses and bagels/flagles. I highly recommend this location. If you cannot find it, go right past the Walgreens if you are heading north on Terry and turn where it says massage envy because it is easy to miss. If you hit Maureen's, you went too far north. It will be on your right.“
