Waited over 25 minutes for 2 egg sandwiches that I didn't even end up getting because I didn't want to wait another 10 minutes for the bacon after they told me 5 minutes prior that they were wrapping my food up. There weren't that many people ahead of me. I guess priority is given to call ins or online orders because it's definitely not given to the people ordering in the building. Awful service.

Recently purchased a special stated on the door for tuna salad. As I approach the counter, a girl comes up named Anna. She takes my order and says I have a side to go with my order. When she returns, she charges me and gives me the incorrect change and runs away. I wait for her to return and she states “oh yeah, I forgot to give you five dollars” as if she knew exactly what she was doing. I look at my order and it’s missing a pickle a re-enter the store. I approach Anna and ask her for my pickle with my order she stays it doesn’t come with one. I explain to her the sign outside her door states tuna salad with a side salad and a pickle. She then says “there are no more pickles left either way” with the rude attitude. She runs away and get me a pickle. Highly disappointed with her behavior and customer service experience is very low.She then proceeds to tell me to call her manager. Highly unprofessional behavior.

I am not a true regular, but have gone here multiple times. I even bypassed my local place in Islip a few times to go here because I thought I like the chicken salad on a bagel better. Not anymore. I went 3 days ago and it was $12.00 for chicken salad on a bagel. And the bagel is just so-so. My place in Islip charges me $7.00 and the bagel is nice and soft. I went this time because my normal place closes earlier and I really wanted a bagel with chicken salad. Next time, I'll just wait. Really not worth $12.00.

This place is the worst. The fifth time I tried to order ahead for an order of 12 bagels. ( 6 w cream cheese ans 6 wi butter) and the lady that picks up every morning tells me that she can’t make it. It’s too big of an order for her to do. Totally unacceptable with the service.One time I even offered to pay double and she still denied to make the order.
