I waited on line for about 20 mins to order a dozen bagel. The whole time I wait ed they never replenished the egg everything bagels. I was talking to 2 people on line about it. They also wanted egg everything. When I reached the counter and asked if they were making more I was told no. This is the second time this has happened to me. I have been going to house of bagels since I moved to Dix Hills in 1990. They have NEVER let me down. Their service is 2nd to NONE. In fact the original owner sold the business to Eddie, since he took over the establishment he has improved on the great reputation. I sponsor classic car shows and Eddie & his staff have always donated surplus bagels to our events. Literally the best bagels in Commack. They are nice and crunchy on the outside but also soft and fluffy on the inside… perfect combo! Also their buy 12 get 6 free deal is the best no other bagel places do that anymore! Will be a forever customer!
