Horrible. I am a customer who has been coming for 5 years and today severely disappointed me. I came on my birthday with my family and the waitress spilled my drink all over my table, clothes, and shoes. She did apologize and I’m grateful she did but did not offer anything for the accident. We still paid full. Very disappointed.

I was there for a function that was mistakenly reserved at a different ale house and let me tell you these people went out of their way to set up their space for at least 40 people.The service was fantastic. The food was delicious. Thanks, Miller’s Ale House.

I went out with a bunch of friends we got drinks and appetizers. The chicken quesadillas were excellent, the pretzel was great, wings were on the smaller side but very tasty. I like their zingers- chicken fingers with different sauces. Drinks were good too. We had captain jacks icecream cake which was delicious. It was a great experience. The prices are great.

It's a big place, always love going to watch my football team since I cant watch them on my TV (not a jets fan) like the giants but not my team..anyway it's a fun place to go to..always busy so service csn be a bit slow atmosphere can get noisy as expected during football season, otherwise a cool place to go to.

I didn’t rate the atmosphere only because I did take out. Overall the food was good(zingers always a good choice, it was Tuesday’s ribs day, I must say that it was good, the burger also was a good hit, and I plan on dining in next time.

Ordered delivery, came on time and was missing one item. Called the restaurant and spoke with Stephen Groenert. Let him know I was missing a Bavarian Pretzel. Offered to refund the pretzel and I accepted. Let him know I was a little disappointed and I was looking forward to it. Unexpectedly my doorbell rang with Stephen at the door in person with not one but two pretzels and a $25 gift card. ABOVE AND BEYOND!! That's how you treat customers. Thank you Stephen. That $25 will be given on top of any tip I leave in the near future.
