The wait staff, the bartenders, the managers.. all GREAT! The food was good, maybe not great but overall I would definitely recommend Miller's.

Decent food, I do feel like it’s gotten more greasy over the last couple of years. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich something similar to BLT with grilled chicken in it. We were all sad to hear that they stopped selling sweet potato fries as well. Our server was awesome, i do not remember his name but we were there on a Monday night (Labor Day). We got the doughnut bites dessert and that was very good. They give you a lot of caramel and chocolate dipping sauce they could probably give people less and save on inventory. I don’t think I could’ve possibly used all of either one of those even if I coded them completely in it. All in all I would go back if I’m looking for a quick burger and a beer.

Decent sports bar. Definitely has gone down in quality since the 2010s when I used to go alot. Food is bar food and it's decent. The atmosphere is sports bar themed and it's OK. Service was OK too, but sometimes you have to get your wait staff when you need something. Probably just depends who you get.

I recently visited the Miller’s Ale House in Commack and unfortunately had one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. The host at the entrance was extremely unfriendly and unhelpful, making annoying facial expressions and acting in a very unprofessional manner. Instead of welcoming guests, he made the experience uncomfortable from the start.

On top of that, no server checked on our table properly and the burger I was served was completely burnt. It felt like no one cared about customer service at all.

I honestly expected better from Miller’s Ale House. I would like management to address this issue with the host staff and ensure that food quality and guest service are taken seriously at this location. I strongly recommend it drive 10 more min go to deer park

Waitress was not good, seemed bored bordering on rude. Food took forever, only ours, we think the waitress forgot to turn in the order. She hardly came back to the table. Food was good, Salmons Salad and Wings.

Had a great experience tonight. Meg our server was outstanding. All the food was delish and she made sure we had all that we needed. She was so outgoing and sweet that it made our experience the best.

Horrible. I am a customer who has been coming for 5 years and today severely disappointed me. I came on my birthday with my family and the waitress spilled my drink all over my table, clothes, and shoes. She did apologize and I’m grateful she did but did not offer anything for the accident. We still paid full. Very disappointed.
