What’s the addiction? I say I’m going to stop going to Starbucks but find myself at the drive through. Their drinks are so inconsistent. It all depends on the person making the drink. Sometimes it’s perfect. Other times it sucks. And for what they charge, it should be perfect every time.

Every time I go to this location I’m greeted by snotty employees barely making an attempt at service… then to boot, they don’t even serve a full cup of coffee.
The photo is a grande white chocolate mocha, no whip cream…. Absolutely disgraceful.
I’ve left one other 1 star review in my lifetime and have contemplated this over months but today’s service was the worst of it all. Corporate should step in and address this lackluster location, specifically their poor management and and over all crumby service

Most consistent macchiato I've ever gotten at any starbucks. The staff is always super friendly but their parking lot is the worst place in the world they should have bought the spot next door and used it as parking. It makes it a much less pleasant experience especially if you want to use the app and just go in and get out quick. 3/4 times you can't even park in the parking lot without somebody honking at you on the turnpike and coming close to having an accident. They really should have thought out the parking lot and the ability to go around the building better. But I keep going because it's one of the only Starbucks that always makes my macchiato the right way!

Floor dirty, service horrible. Drinks were ok. But the places is not good at all. Floor was sticky and with papers everywhere. The girl in the cashier was rude, no hi, look at us like we are inferior, no smiling at all. What a horrible places

Very kind employees greet you with a smile they were beautiful there was cups cold and hot they make great gifts very nice place to go in and it's not like you should have something good and delicious to eat ?? ?♥️
Kid-friendliness: The employees excellent the gentleman greetings we walked in the door and smiled the whole time was able to explain any question I had
Laura was extremely rude. First of all, she lied and told me she was the head supervisor of the store. She gave me the biggest attitude when I kindly came back to have my drink remade. When I asked for a remake, she questioned me and said the drink couldn’t be remade because she knew oatmilk was used and not 2%. I ended up having to drive to a different location to have it remade, usually I let mistakes slide but im extremely allergic to dairy. Do better.

If I could give this place a zero I would . We waited for almost 10 minutes without being acknowledged or served . When I said to my husband that they should have someone greeting the customers in the store instead of focusing only on drive through customers, an irate woman leaped up from staring at her cell phone with her feet up on the chair. She angrily said “Ok Ok i’ll end my break early and help” When I told her I wasn't speaking to her She started yelling at us - I asked for her name she said it was “Maddie” who claims she is a manager- She was so loud angry and volatile we ended up walking out as did the poor gentleman in back of us- This store needs a new manager and some serious training in how to treat customers . . An absolute disgrace to Starbucks - Willbe following up with a call to central office.
Laura has the most nasty attitude I have ever encountered. It was like talking to a brick wall with her. She’s stuck up, ugly inside and out, and has the most sickening and teeth pulling voice I’ve ever heard. Every Starbucks I go to I always have a good experience with the baristas. Laura makes me never want to step foot into a Starbucks again. What happened to being nice?! This store seriously needs to do something about that witch and put her in place. Even better, fire her. You will never receive a penny of my money again Mayfair Starbucks.

Summer Time
Went here to get coffee and the woman Giovanna was excellent. She was sweet and even told me how to order a drink I like, so they will make it a little different for me to enjoy. She went above and beyond. Love this location and the staff working there are amazing. Thank you to the staff and especially Giovanna! :)

The Starbucks is a Starbucks but this parking lot is the absolute worst. It's constantly backing up onto the highway. I don't recommend parking here at busy hours because it'll take you a while trying to get back out of the spot.
