“After touring the Baseball Hall of Fame, it's a good idea to give yourself a treat. Near Main Street, Inside Scoop offers lots of flavors, both hard ice cream and soft serve. We opted for the Hershey twisty soft serve in a dish, which was a better choice for the price versus getting a cone. Customer service was good, too.“
