We are only here for 1 night and this place is charming! We love older mid-century motels and this one is quaint yet updated. There are some negative Nellies commenting on things like the bathroom and TV size. For crying out loud, most of y'all watch TV on your phones anymore, so what does it matter if the room TV isn't gigantic? It's fine. A thousand, thousand thank you-s to the staff at The Lake Front, especially James. We had wedding reservation changes that they handled with professionalism, patience, and charm. We have international guests as well as folks coming from the East and West coasts ... we will sleep better tonight knowing that the accommodations have been flawlessly arranged.
My family stayed here for one night prior to our visit to the Baseball Hall of Fame. We got to town with no reservations and Lake Front Hotel was one of the few places with vacancy. It was also one of the most affordable in the area. The photos online do not do this hotel justice. It's not a new facility; It's exterior corridor, and still uses physical keys.
