My husband took our two teenage daughters there last night. He asked for his Fribble to be made with strawberry ice cream not vanilla ice cream and strawberry syrup. He received vanilla ice cream with strawberry syrup. When he pointed it out to the waitress she brought it back. The rude “ kid” that made it brought it back to my husband and said that he was not remaking it. Very rude. We go there all the time not ever going again.
I ordered ice cream for my daughter and I identified that she had a nut allergy. We received her ice cream and she ate most of it and we realized that there was reeces pieces in it. She went into anaphylactic shock and rushed to the ER. Thankfully she is okay. This place is deadly! If this negligence continues someone will die from your staff being careless.
I also contacted the company and never received a response!
Delicious breakfast, I really enjoyed it.
