Fast and the workers are very nice
Due to covid19 contingency, drive-thru line wrapped COMPLETELY around the building. I was still through the line in a few minutes and everyone was calm, friendly, and showing great respect for new procedures. Well done! Thank you for putting a little sunshine in my day. I was anxious having to run errands for the first time in "this", but your cheerful service gave me the "we will get through this" feeling.

The baristas are respectful and show grace and patience, especially during the busy holiday season with rude customers. One barista with striped hair makes polite conversation and is efficient with orders, making it a great place to study. Another barista named Ashley was compassionate, caring, and made one of the best almond milk decaf cappuccino’s ever. Tristan and Azy were also very helpful and kind. The store is run well with positive energy. However, there is one older gentleman employee with longer hair and glasses who is rude, gives wrong items, and has sloppy handling. Some customers also find it frustrating that brown sugar is often unavailable for drinks like the Cortado with Brown sugar and oat milk, forcing them to go to other locations. Despite this, the overall environment remains warm and welcoming.
