First time eating at Panera and I ordered a southwestern salad. Literally didn't customize except take away tomatoes and still had ingredients missing. Super great for a $15 salad (sarcasm)
This Panera is pretty good. Adam and Madison were working, in the middle of a snowstorm, and super fast and friendly. Yes, the prices are a little high if you're from down south. This is New York and a rest stop, so the prices are what I expected.
Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian options!
Parking: If you're driving a rig, parking can be gone pretty early.

I absolutely love these new service plazas. Came here to hey my broccoli and cheese soup with a piece of bread. Kiosks make it difficult to order certain items. Howard P. He went above and beyond to help me out. Love when employees are willing to take the time to listen to customer amd help with their needs. Stop at many places. Sadly, there are employees who seem to have better things to do. Thank you Howard you made my DAY! Àlso a great experience at Panera Bread
