The owner is rude. One day I came to order my dunkin coffee and they gave me an old one. The ice was melted the minute I left. I tried speaking to the owner and he completely ignored me. They don’t cook enough the hashbrowns. Everytime I bite into it’s basically undercooked.

I had a sausage egg and cheese for breakfast and it was very very good and I drink the hot chocolate and it was barely hot and that was OK because I don’t like it too hot

Another Dunkin’ Donuts. Horrible food, horrible coffee, overpriced dreadful. I’ve eaten breakfast there powdered eggs that will make you taste sulfur all day long. Have no idea why anyone would go into this place more than once in unless you’re desperate for a cup of coffee, I will say that the staff is not dreadful, just neutral review on them. Avoid. As you should all Dunkin’ Donuts, this one is simply horrible.

The health department should take a look at this place. Not only do they use the bathroom to store the donut racks. The night staff is rude and nasty. I came here at night for tea, the place was busy I placed my order, waited a few minutes, they gave me the wrong tea so I had to wait even longer. The whole time i was waiting i noticed an empty cup unattended on one of the tables I preceeded to remove it and put it in the trash so that my friend and I can sit, a few seconds later one of the employees walks and starts accusing me of dumping her drink. I told her the cup was just sitting there EMPTY, she then goes into the trash bin, retrives her cup takes a sip and goes behind the counter and starts helping customers.

I go this store, i waiting 20 min for food,but the guy Mohammed he was talking on the phone with his friend, he play music laudly that i dont like.that he do all the times .he Don't wanna take order. Than i come back without food.Last time he was ask me for tips without good service. I think i never go to this store anymore.

The shop itself has a pleasant atmosphere and the staff are friendly and efficient. If you’re looking for a quick, inexpensive treat, it might still be worth a visit
I was there recently waiting on line. One of the employees making the food went to use the bathroom with gloves on. Some time passed by and the employee came back out with the SAME GLOVES ON!!! And proceeded to serve food to costumers!!!!

The service quality has decreased since the change in ownership. The new workers, who happen to be from the Middle Eastern or Indian backgrounds, have been making numerous mistakes with orders. For example, when I ordered a raspberry coolata, I received a strawberry one instead. When I informed the worker about the mistake, they acknowledged it but did not offer to replace or fix it. Additionally, they sometimes repeat the order back to you but still forget or get something wrong.

Terrible customer service, the staff working today June28th 5:30PM need to be retrained, learn how to maintain a fast work flow, how to deal with customers. Unbelievable. a whole argument broke out where two ladies were yelling at each other with children crying. Could’ve been prevented if the worker had taken care of the customer in a professional way instead of arguing with customers during a busy time.
