This Dunkin' is really efficient when it comes to Customer Service and getting orders out even when the pressure is on when it gets busy. One of the employees; Christopher does a great job when it comes to treating people kindly and making sure they get the best out of their order. Highly recommend coming to this location.

I came in today around 3pm and found the store was having some repairs done. There was a wait. Christopher was working with another young man and although they were visibly delayed, he smiled at each customer and tended to their requests calmly. I was pleasantly surprised to see him taking orders, manning the register and pivoting to ice cream and making drinks. He was also apologetic for the wait. You guys have found a great employee who provides great customer care. I want to thank you for your service, Christopher!

The owner is rude. One day I came to order my dunkin coffee and they gave me an old one. The ice was melted the minute I left. I tried speaking to the owner and he completely ignored me. They don’t cook enough the hashbrowns. Everytime I bite into it’s basically undercooked.

I had a sausage egg and cheese for breakfast and it was very very good and I drink the hot chocolate and it was barely hot and that was OK because I don’t like it too hot
Another Dunkin’ Donuts. Horrible food, horrible coffee, overpriced dreadful. I’ve eaten breakfast there powdered eggs that will make you taste sulfur all day long. Have no idea why anyone would go into this place more than once in unless you’re desperate for a cup of coffee, I will say that the staff is not dreadful, just neutral review on them. Avoid. As you should all Dunkin’ Donuts, this one is simply horrible.

The health department should take a look at this place. Not only do they use the bathroom to store the donut racks. The night staff is rude and nasty. I came here at night for tea, the place was busy I placed my order, waited a few minutes, they gave me the wrong tea so I had to wait even longer. The whole time i was waiting i noticed an empty cup unattended on one of the tables I preceeded to remove it and put it in the trash so that my friend and I can sit, a few seconds later one of the employees walks and starts accusing me of dumping her drink. I told her the cup was just sitting there EMPTY, she then goes into the trash bin, retrives her cup takes a sip and goes behind the counter and starts helping customers.

I go this store, i waiting 20 min for food,but the guy Mohammed he was talking on the phone with his friend, he play music laudly that i dont like.that he do all the times .he Don't wanna take order. Than i come back without food.Last time he was ask me for tips without good service. I think i never go to this store anymore.
