I would give 0 Stars if I could. Today, 11/5/24, my 13 yo daughter and 7 yo son went to get empanadas and the lady was very rude to them, she didn't even let my daughter finish her order because there was a "long line"... My daughter didn't hesitate or anything when she was ordering, so I don't understand why the lady didn't let her finish placing her order. I will never buy from this place again and really hope that wherever that lady goes, she gets treated the same or worse than she treated my kids.

Terrible attention, especially from the most adult lady of the cashiers, I bought a chorizo arepa and on top of that it was cold, the chorizo was dry and tasteless. When I told that to the lady in a more rude and angry way, she told me "I can't do anything because I already finished my shift and the arepa is hard"... I don't understand how they hire people who have that type of response to a complaint, the other cashier with an angry face also said if you want I can heat it up so it softens??? Anyway, the food was Terrible and the service was doubly Terrible... I gave it 5 stars in terms of the atmosphere because there were some older gentlemen there who made jokes with me to appease my annoyance... DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY IN THIS PLACE WHERE THEY DON'T VALUE THE CUSTOMERS and Ladies cashiers, find a job that you like so you don't have to put up with their bad faces and treatment.

I purchased a pastry with spinach and was good but it was not fresh. I suggest that if you want the business to do good at the end of the day anything that you didn't sale throw it in the garbage. This is a constructive criticism. I am not here to destroy the business. I want every small business to do great.
