Highly doubt they are Dominican. What Dominican restaurant sends you a fruit punch Gatorade when you ask a red country club soda? What Dominican restaurant makes a CHIMICHURRI (hamburger like patty) with steak and lettuce (Dominican chimis are made with cabbage). I do not recommend at

Had to use my broken Spanglish to point out what I wanted but it got the job done. Portions are enormous and the food is the real deal.

I've been coming here for years & it never disappoints mainly probably because I always just get Pastellitos to go , they are delicious the Chicken , meat & cheese very good & they are fried when ordered. I finally gave the food a try got some Moro rice, Pollo guisado , beans & salad ... yumm the Moro w chicken so good must be combined in that great sauce goes well w the Beans & salad. Next time around tried the Steak guisado , salad & beans, the Steak was delicious, very flavorful went well with the salad & some white rice. I like to grab just White rice every so often very good rice perfect addition when u don't feel like cooking any. Service for the most has always been good & quick, price wise u certainly get a good value for your money. Small location not much on the ambiance but good to go. Good local spot , good prices forth the try!

Their delivery was swift, seamless, exact and nicely packaged. They remembered the utensils. The portions are plentiful and smells as well as looks great! Their prices are very reasonable, allowing us to give a generous tip. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants authentic Dominican food- breakfast, lunch & dinner- thank goodness they're still in business!

The absolute worst mofongo I’ve ever ordered. It was wet and lack consistency. The sauce was just pure oil. Called the restaurant and they asked me where I was from? I didn’t answer however I’m Puerto Rican and have had amazing mofongo here in Queens. DONT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!

I ordered once from this business through Seamless/Grubhub and their cuban sandwich is horrendous, they use ketchup and thick slices of fried white cheese (not swiss like the recipe calls for) also no pickle which . Their beans are canned Goya beans with no seasoning and a tiny portion. I decided to try them again and they canceled half of my order bc they didn't have what i ordered, when I got the cancellation email I called to see if they could substitute for something else they refused and said they would send the few items they did have from my order. I refused and asked them to cancel the order and the owner became very irate and refused to cancel it, he said he was still going to send it out and that I could do whatever I wanted bc he was still going to get paid. I immediately contacted Grubhub and luckily they were able to cancel it entirely. Needless to say I will never order from this place ever again. For $10 delivery fee $5 service fee tax and tip this should NOT be happening but this is the $#!thol3 NYC we live in now I suppose.

NO STAR IF THIS WAS POSSIBLE NOT BECAUSE THE FOOD IS BAD IT’S BECAUSE THEY ARE WAY OVERCHARGING!I came to get some mofongo with pork and a medium size of beans and the guy charged $16.25. in the city on Madison and 109th street I paid for same order $9. In Brooklyn on Myrtle Ave. I paid for one chicken and pork mofongo with a medium size of beans all $24.52.When I asked at Mama Lupe for the menu, I was told there is none because of prices constantly changing. On their website the pork mofongo is $8 but he asked for $12 and $4 for the beans…way more!!!DONT TRUST THIS STORE WITH WHAT THEY CHARGE!!
