Excellent and efficient service. Friendly staff. Food was done right.
Everything was great. Crystal was extremely pleasant and courteous.
Quick note that my four stars is on the fast food scale. There's better food to be had in Cortland, even fried chicken.
Credit where it's due, though: they've made everything to specification when I've ordered it from this location, it usually (not always) has come out in a reasonable time frame, and I've never gotten food poisoning or tasted old cooking oil. The food quality is exactly what you would expect from a reasonably run KFC.

KFC is a restaurant that serves excellent food but has some inconsistencies in its service and cleanliness. The floors, tables, and restrooms can be dirty, and the restaurant may be out of certain items. While the service can be super fast and the staff is friendly, there have been reports of rude staff making comments and not checking the front counter for customers. Some customers have experienced delays, such as being left sitting at the drive-through for 10 minutes before receiving service. The menu items, such as the 8pc meal with Mac and cheese and corn, can be hit or miss; sometimes the food is exactly what one would expect from KFC, while other times it may not be prepared correctly. Customers should be prepared for possible changes to their order and should double-check their receipt and food before leaving.
