The Rock Sports Bar and Grill

Kaylee was a great with her service, she was extremely professional and polite. The food was adequate on the other hand. I did order the chicken basket with traditional wings, the basket was to come with 8 wings yet i received only 7 but when brought to servers attention she was extremely apologetics. The wings had good body and not over sauced and the waffle fries were cooked adequately.

Awesome place to watch your favorite sports teams. Food is fantastic here and the service was excellent. Highly recommended to stop here if your in the Cortland area.

Needed some lunch. The place was dead, as it's more of an evening hot spot. Very nice staff, decent portions of food and everything tasted good. Worth a stop.

Do not order an old fashion, unless you enjoy pulp. Now traditionally an old fashion would come with an orange peel for fragrance. But here you get a full orange slice, seeds and all. Don’t get me wrong food was great but a classic like the old fashion should be simple with all of its 3 ingredients. Pulp in an alcoholic drink is diabolical. The waitress was a star though, pleasant kind and a very positive attitude minus the mix up of tables at the beginning. Ps: again please for your sake and my own piece of mind do yourself a favor and do not get old fashion lol

Entire order was wrong, charged for upgrade waffle fries and extra sauce on both things ordered. Did not receive waffle fries or extra sauce. Also charged for a double order that we did not order was told order was $32 got charged $61. Manager refused to comp the situation. Terrible customer service blamed the mistake on how busy the restaurant was. Will never order from here again

I’ve been here several times, each time the service was not only fast, but quality as well. My order typically comes out quick and the food (especially the appetizers) are always as expected. despite contrary reviews, i would definitely recommend giving the place the shot it deserves.

This was the first time I came into this place. I was excited to try something new. We were sat down and that was it. Not one person came to greet us for the 15 minutes we sat there. There were also people that came in after us, and they were waited on and received their drinks. All that I got out of this was we will never be back to this place ever again. And by the way, we are very big tippers, so sorry you lost out.

We have tried the Rock twice now and would not return. The main reason is because each time the food was cold and not very flavorful.

Service was slow at first on drinks as we waited for our server to finish chatting and joking with other employees. Food came out fast but was barely warm. Would have rather it been the other way around to wait for some hot food.

Wish I could support a cool looking local spot but any chain restaurant or diner has better food and service.

Always enjoy the food and drinks . The atmosphere is way too loud due to the Televisions being up so high that everyone in the restaurant has to yell at each other to have a conversation. Also it is always freezing in there. Definitely never forget your sweater!
