“After telling my fiance I wanted to go on a date, he picked Nana's in Alden to take me to. We love mediterranean food and let me tell you we were not disappointed!! This place by far is one of the best restaurants we have ever been to. We live about 30 minutes away and drive here almost once a week now. The staff is incredible, too. You can tell the chef is passionate about his food and loves what he does. The food is always fresh and tastes incredible!! Thank you for such a wonderful experience every time”

“1st visit yesterday. Great vibe and great people! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I am not a “beer” drinker. I like my spirits. Absolutely love the selections offered for a skeptic. Slytherin Sour with fruit puree was a perfect balance of sweet and sour. Strawberry “daiquiri” was spot on. Even found a stout that I enjoyed. My hubby loved the cream ale and the pineapple habanero. Looking forward to going again soon!”

“Jack and Ken’s Breakfast review took us to Alden, NY. Kind of a drive, to Marie’s Family Diner. Alden is a cute little town and you can tell that the diner used to be a bar. A friendly vibe hits you as soon as you walk through the door. The coffee was hot and delicious. Our waitress Ashley was the bomb. Friendly, funny and efficient. Breakfast was AMAZING! We had a difficult choice, the menu is extensive and we all wanted to order 5 different things. I ended up withe a HUGE Bacon Cheeseburger Omlette and hash browns and a side of the BEST Homemade Corned beef hash EVER! Ken had some Egg Nest thing with smoked Polish Sausage. Stephie had Eggs and Homemade hash, she loved it too! Ken paid for a Veterans breakfast and they let us hang an Alex event poster. This breakfast was NOT 5 ⭐️s. It was 10 ⭐️s !!! You HAVE to eat here !! They also have authentic German and Polish food nights during the month. Check their FB page for dates. This was the BEST breakfast since we started doing this. “The waitress were attentive. We waited long time for the food, about 35 minutes. I ordered the Chilean sea bass. The macadamia nut was a little burned. The portion was small. The vegetables came with it consisted of inexpensive ingredients: squash and carrots. I didn't like the mashed potato. I only took one bite.”

“I was first introduced to this bakery's cookies at a fundraiser for Ten Lives Club, and both the design and the quality of the cutout cookies were fantastic! I love that they are involved in charity work for some really worthwhile organizations, so I'm happy to support that, and enjoy some delicious baked goods in the process! I recently placed my first order and sadly, I have no photos to share, but the presentation was very nicely done, with all of the cookies' ingredients and allergens very clearly marked. There was a large variety of flavors to chose from, and I'm excited to try cupcakes next! And finally, the owner's communication skills are excellent, she's very responsive and super friendly. Highly recommended!”
