“Great place. Love stopping in for food/drinks when snowmobiling. Right off the snowmobile trail. They have gas for snowmobiles. Never stayed in any of the rooms, so no input on that.”

“Just wanted to get on here and post.. we came up from PA snowmobiling and during our route that we found out by stopping at Pond Effects was shut off by pissed of land owners. We had no choice but to turn around and go the exact way we came (conditions weren’t great and it was about 80 miles)… as we sat and had great food and a few beverages, the owners kids came in. She made a point to her daughter that we were some what “screwed” and we were staying in Turin NY roughly 20 minutes away via vehicle. Her daughter went out of her way to take us back to the lodge to get our trailer and load the sleds at her business! All I can say is great people, great food, cold beer and I hope they can find a 3 mile connector to this bar because it would be a great place for snowmobilers to stop!!”

While the cuisine is excellent, it's the exceptional staff that makes this restaurant one of my top choices in Lowville. “So I thought I had ordered the large calzone, but when I arrived it was the calzone pizza. Um.. it was even better than the traditional calzones and was perfect for feeding a small group for lunch. I definitely recommend this if you haven’t tried it.”

“I use their app all the time in trying to save time when driving through. There was a long line of cars. I was out on the highway waiting to turn into the place. A good half hour to get my frozen coffee. But it’s worth the wait😋”

Made sure my order was perfect, went as fast as possible so I could eat with my family, and were extremely nice. Incredibly deserving of a raise. As a business owner myself, those are the type of employees you want.”
