Lovely bread. Lovely folks. We came here while driving through the Adirondacks on our way to Vermont. We'd heard of the place thanks to PBS's Diary of a Foodie. I've been wanting to check out the bread, so we detoured into Crown Point. This place has got to be the only thing like it between Burlington, VT and Saratoga Springs, NY. A beautiful brick oven, a beautiful rustic space with a few tables, a piano and an assortment of string instruments. Yannig Tanguy, owner, visionary and operator makes fantastic, authentic, crusty, french loaves of bread, croissants and some of the most delicious pizza I've ever eaten.
