I don't believe the employees at this Dunkin understand how brewing coffee works. You can't remove any coffee from the pot until the brew is finished. They have a habit of not having coffee ready, so they just put your cup in the coffee maker while it's brewing and you get this black sludge that you can't drink. You obviously can't blame these kids that work there becase they probably don't drink coffee and they aren't properly trained.

Stopped in on 3 separate occasions to find no counter help. After waiting I hear"be with you shortly" turned into me walking out. Poor management & even worse employees. Corporate should be notified of this sad representation of your brand.
