Just had some apps and cocktails. Service was great . Food and cocktails as well. Would visit again when on the Island.

I'm so happy I took my husband here for Fathers Day. The Food, Service & Value was AMAZING!!! From the parmesan tomato bread which was so good to the salad which had the most delicious dressing it definitely was hand-made and to our entrees... we enjoyed everything! 16 oz Ribeye Steak was good and made as requested but the star of the show was the Fettuccine Alfredo With Chicken. We literally fought over it lol. Even the fries was the tastiest fries I've ever had. I will definitely return!

I ordered the Orecchiette Baresi and it was extremely salty and way too expensive for what you get. Never coming for such an overpriced lunch again

Brunello is a small intimate neighborhood Italian restaurant w very nice atmosphere and excellent service. Daily specials are sizable and served w salad. The shrimp dishes sre well cooked and tasty. Some of their other dishes are spicey and presentation isnt appealing to taste. Deserts are ok. The fried calamari in basket a favorite but the baked clams are drenched in sauce and lack taste. The pasta is cooked well but again mild sauce is still over spiced. If u go expect a hefty bill because they are pricey.

We’ve been here several times and it’s always been a great experience. A couple of weeks ago on a late week night, I called to ask if they could still serve us dinner, not only did they wait for us, but also the service and food were phenomenal! We didn’t feel rushed at all. The place is very nice and clean, I highly recommend it.

First time here, everything was perfect, it's hard to find a good italian restaurant, the left side of the entrance door was perfect for 5 of us, the privacy corner was on point, server 💯 food 💯

My family and I had Easter dinner at Brunello’s. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. This is now my favorite restaurant. Thanks for making our day so great.😀

My boyfriend and I came here yesterday for dinner and we really enjoyed our time. It was a tight little restaurant but very nice ambience. The food was great and they give you really big portions. We got there about 10 minutes early for our reservation, but we were seated pretty quickly. They had valet parking which was convenient.
Our server, Elmer was great!
Everything was really nice. Management was on top of things and checked in on tables to make sure everything was good. I’d definitely recommend and will be back for more pasta😋

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience. My family and I ordered from here less than a year ago and everything was great, which is why we decided to order again.
Even though their website says they offer delivery, we were told we had to pick up. Fine. I placed my order over the phone with the OWNER. I ordered a pasta dish that is on their menu and simply asked to switch the sauce to another sauce they already offer. I’ve done this before with no problem, and he confirmed it was fine.
When I got home, I realized they made the dish with sauce only—no pasta, no chicken, no spinach. The receipt even said “sauce only,” which is not what I ordered. Ridiculous how they would charge the same $19 for this. I only asked for the sauce to be changed. When I called back, I spoke to the same owner. Instead of apologizing, he questioned me, had me send photos to his personal phone, argued with me about what sauce normally comes with the dish (which didn’t even matter), and even had me send him screenshots of his own menu. He made it seem like they accommodated me and had to go through the most so much just for them to change the sauce on the dish. Mind you the pasta was pretty much dry with any sauce. We went back and forth for about 15 minutes.
The only solution he offered was for me to drive back in 10-degree weather with the food for a replacement. I didn’t want to go back out, and honestly didn’t feel comfortable having them remake my food after arguing.
When I asked for a refund, he said he wasn’t at the restaurant and I’d have to wait for him to give me a call when he was back. He was clearly driving with noise in the background. Very unprofessional. It’s disappointing how quickly they can charge your card but can’t handle a simple mistake properly.
I spent almost $80, and he argued over a $19 dish like it would hurt his business. The customer service was the worst I’ve ever experienced. He was so quick to brush me off. If that’s your attitude as the owner, your business is not going to do well. It’s sad to see how much this place has gone downhill since the former owners. I will not be returning and do not recommend. I also have proof of everything before they comment back and deny everything
