I said no my grandma had just passed away and family was in from out of state/country so i offered to bring pretzels. I said we would have celebrated her 91st birthday today and she said you know everyone on their birthday gets a free pretzel. She said for this particular pretzel why not everyone take a little piece so it’s like she’s there celebrating with you. That worker without knowing how much I’ve been hurting made me smile and feel a little lighter. thank you for making a hard time in someones life just a little better by your words and actions great establishment besides food“
