“Not really sure what all the hate is for here from the mall patrons. Stopped here on a road trip. Service is fast and friendly even though I placed an online order at the wrong Auntie Anne’s. I got the Oreo Topped Pretzel Nuggets which were phenomenal. The pretzels themselves were soft and fresh— they clearly hadn’t been sitting in the case for hours on end like a lot of other Auntie Anne’s. Would go again if passing by.“

“I stopped in on a Wednesday night (during Yale commencement) and it was packed. The bartender, Michael, was alone. On a normal night handling a bar alone is already impressive, but with how packed it was, he was straight up masterful. I was incredibly impressed with how calmly and professionally he handled himself. Even with it being as hectic as it was, he was still very kind, patient and charismatic. Truly extraordinary.“
