I absolutely HATE purchasing my food from here. Every single time that I do there's an attitude with one of the female employees. This time it was Maria slamming things when in the heat of her dirty looks she misunderstood my order. Never again, Pretzel Maker in Milford Mall- you will NOT get my money!
I ordered a regular lemonade. Before me my friend ordered a strawberry lemonade. The lady getting the drinks didnt clean the cup and made me a strawberry lemonade. I asked her nicely for a new one. The woman gave me a dirty look and shook her head saying somthing under her breath. Rude as hell
My daughters love pretzels as the other pretzel store close we decided to get them from this store when get there we said hi and the attendant ignore us completely she didn't even make eye contact with us, she looked annoyed and angry after few minute we leave as she didn't even approach to us to take our order. Very dissapointed...terrible customer service
