EIGHTYMAIN was a huge part of why we decided to make this place our home! Chef Will is a mastermind in the kitchen, with every dish full of creativity and made with genuine passion. James is outstanding behind the bar & creates some incredible cocktails and even better conversation! The whole team there is just so welcoming – they've pretty much become our extended family. The winter pop-ups have become our weekly date night, and we appreciate their dedication to the community by working with local farmers. Tucked away in The Catskills, this place is a true gem, blending Argentinian and Italian flavors to whip up some of the best pasta dishes we’ve ever had. We can't recommend EIGHTYMAIN enough!

I was excited to see this addition to Delhi's Main Street, and I appreciate the fact that there are some vegetarian options on the menu. Unfortunately the spaghetti Norma I had for dinner was extremely bland. Drinks were good, but on the small side and seemed overpriced. The restaurant also had a strange chemical smell, almost like paint, which made for a rather unpleasant experience. The interior design is nice, and the service was was excellent and very friendly, so I will definitely give it another chance in the future.

Disappointed. We have been here before and the food and service were amazing.Unfortunately, we ordered the " I don't give a f#%k" which was a tasting from the menu. the server said you normally get six courses, so because the menu is broken down in to appetizers, pasta, entrees and desserts we thought it would be one or two from each category. How disappointed we were to get a sampling of three appetizers and three pasta dishes. We received nothing from the entree menu. I guess you're at the chef's mercy when you order this, but for $75 per person I think anyone would prefer to try a portion of each category that's on the menu. Some beef or chicken would have been great. Who pays $75 for pasta? Maybe two appetizers, one pasta, two entrees and a dessert? We did get a sampling of all the desserts at the end of the meal, which were not to our liking, but I'm sure others would enjoy.There were three of us so we could have ordered three different appetizers and three different entrees and shared them. At the high end it may have cost us $50 each as opposed to $75 each, would have had more food and a less expensive bill and saved $75!What really bothered me was when we tried to ask why we got three pasta dishes and nothing from the entree menu, the server said she wasn't sure and could send the chef (who is the owner) over and he chose not to come over to speak to us.This all being said, the server was wonderful and apologized, the food is good, but my review and suggestion is to NOT order the tasting as you can get way more food and a much smaller bill if you just order a few things off the menu. Oh, and don't expect the owner to really care.

5 star from start to finish! From host to chef to server, this has been my best restaurant experience in years! Our server was knowledgeable and guided us in our perfect selections of cocktails, appetizers and entrees. The food does not disappoint! Beautiful presentation with food exploding and melting in your mouth simultaneously! Do not turn down the bread to use to suck up the remaining blends of flavor! We will be back!

We were passing through town and made a reservation here because of the raving reviews, but we felt our personal experience fell short. Really, our meal was at the pace of the server and we didn’t waste time. We did inquire about a menu item while ordering (the tasting) and ultimately decided against it; however we were surprised when we were told that it wouldn’t be an option anyway because we didn’t have enough time for the full experience, as there was another reservation following immediately after ours. We even ate pretty quickly once the food was delivered to the table, but unfortunately we didn’t have time for dessert at our table. We were given the option to sit at the bar and decided to get it to go. The waitress was polite about it but we were a bit disappointed and it’s something we’ve never experienced before. It just seems like the reservation system isn’t really designed to appropriately accommodate the dining experience (or the service needs to be sped up to fit within 90 minutes). The food was a bit bland for our liking, but not to say others wouldn’t like it. It’s worth trying at least once.
