Hollow is a gem. The owners embody the spirit of hospitality and have brought a beautiful and welcoming space to our community. As the world around us shifts and becomes unrecognizable in so many ways, a place like Hollow, and the owners commitment and passion for what they do feels particularly important. Thanks for choosing to put down roots in this little town. Your presence here has been a joy!
My friend waited an hour for her food and she still had to check in! It had been an hour and she still had not received it and I had to go back to work. I waited 40 mins for a bowl of spring greens with a plop of chicken salad and a few pieces of sliced bacon on it. I paid $22 for a can of Mexican soda, a small bag of chips and my “salad.” It was boiling in there with no air flow. Very disappointing.

Had a terrific meal here the other night: Great skirt steak (pieces) with ginger/scallion sauce, daikon kimchee and great rice. My wife had a wedge salad that was made with romaine lettuce instead of iceberg. It was huge and delicious. We had olive cake for desert and it was terrific.
My only semi-complaint? The servers kept letting the heavy door between the dining area and the kitchen slam shut. It was quite jarring. Maybe a piece of foam rubber along the door frame would help with the noise.

A wonderful place if you are in Delaware county make sure you drop in. In particular, the breakfast sandwich is amazing, with soft eggs, thick smoky bacon, and a brioche bun. The vibe is neighborly with everyone seeming to know everyone.
In the evening they open in back, speakeasy style, with a bar and short menu. Not an easy reservation for that though.

Hollow is such a fabulous spot—cool, cozy, and with a small menu packed with excellently crafted dishes. We’re lucky to have a place with big-city quality right here in our small town.
I was visiting a friend, and let me get straight to the point: the food during happy hour was incredible. The potatoes, fried in duck fat with perfect seasoning, were out of this world. The pot de crème dish was another highlight—intense, flavorful, and simply delicious. We ended up making a full dinner out of several appetizers, and each bite was more amazing than the last.
The ambiance was so pleasant, and the atmosphere really captures the essence of a great gastro pub. Friendly locals, a diverse crowd, and welcoming servers made the experience even better. I absolutely loved it and can’t wait to come back!
A chic, modern eatery in the heart of Delhi. The broccoli was delicious. So was the chicken.
A mysterious woman served me. I wanted to ask her name, but she disappeared before I could. I’d love to come back.
Favorite restaurant ever, hands down ❤️

No words. This cafe is much better than anywhere I’ve been to in NYC. Fresh ingredients, smooth coffee, and delicious pastries. Coming back here in my weekend trip. We love it!

Been coming to hollow since we moved to the area last year. I enjoy the atmosphere and the food but the prices are very very high for what you get in terms of quality and quantity.
We paid $13 for butter bean dip that came with just 5 endive leaves, which we had to order another $5 for bread.
$26 for a chicken and rice plate and another $26 for a tofu curry, both of which were good, but not justifiable to be $26 based on execution or ingredients. There was probably less than a chicken thigh worth of meat and the amount of tofu in the curry makes a miso soup feel like a minestrone! The rice was also clumped and mushy.
Dessert and wine were great and priced correctly.
If you’re going to shell out $26 for a main, save your money and try out the other delicious restaurants in town that will give you better execution and more ingredients for your money.
