Not enough counter people and ATM down most often. Also, cashier's talk with people holding up the line or are to busy talking with each other. Store very poorly run.

There were 3 employees in the store. One was doing change of shift. I was the only customer and I had to wait for 10 minutes to cashed out. Customer service has fallen way off. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Some of the staff members have absolutely no respect for Delhi college students. Other employees are very pleasant. Please don’t lecture me about the “bad” students that cause problems when i’m just buying a coffee. Sure, some students cause problems unfortunately, and that’s on them. That happens in every college town.

Yesterday July 4th around 4:45 pm I bought a $ 30 phone charger at this store, after I went back to the vehicle I found my charger, so we went back to return it, we kindly approached to the cashiers, and we explained her that I found my cable and I no longer need a new one, and her answer was that she can not accept the return. We asked her why? and she responded because they don’t have a “retuned policy”, we told her that they never mentioned it before we paid and her answer was that we can not get our money back because basically she doesn’t want to, and after that looked each other and laughed at us.That was very disrespectful and rude and that should never be an answered.

Never had such a horrendous experience as I did last night at this establishment. I have been going to this speedway for the past 4 years daily, have been on very good terms and had a good relationship with all the others workers until this lady working the night of 1/1/22. I have witnessed this lady yell at a younger man about coming to early for a pizza who was just waiting for it to be done, cursing and screaming at this man in front of other customers, telling this person he is a privileged college kid and so much more. I couldn’t be there longer to see what more heinous actions this lady was doing at her own job. 20 years at this job and still does not know proper customer service. Very disrespectful and dissatisfied with this worker and should definitely be looked into.
I was in speedway last night and witnessed the most horrendous conversation between a customer and employee. Usually the employees are extremely pleasant no matter what time it is! I’ve never witnessed an employee curse out a customer before. I know customers can be difficult but definitely not the way to handle it.

Rating of 0. The pump tally kept running after I was done pumping gas! reported to employee...ignored. reported to mgr...ignored...have now contacted corportate and will report to NYS wts and measures and better business bureau. WATCH THE PUMP AFTER YOU ARE DONE
