Tay Tea is a true tea lover’s paradise! As a lifelong tea enthusiast, I can confidently say Tay Tea has rekindled my love affair with fine blends and artistry in a cup.
My journey with tea began years ago while working in an artisanal tea shop in the Chicagoland area. There, I became immersed in the world of loose-leaf teas learning about harvesting, blending, brewing techniques, health benefits, and even the ceremonial rituals that accompany this timeless beverage. I enjoyed tea long before I worked there, but during those years, it became a true passion and such an enjoyable indulgence. When I found out I was pregnant, tea was about the only thing I could drink without feeling ill, so my daughter has been a tea drinker since before she was even born! To this day, she affectionately calls me her own personal Tearista and we enjoy tea together almost daily.
When the tea shop I worked for closed its doors, I was heartbroken. I even tried to buy the business myself, but life threw an unexpected curveball and I had to let that dream go. My former employer generously shared her remaining stock with me, and I savored every last drop. For years afterward, I searched high and low for teas that could match that same quality, flavor, and creative spirit but found nothing that compared to her hand blended artistry.
That is, until a road trip to Delhi led me serendipitously to Tay Tea. From my very first sip, I knew I had found “home” again.
Each blend I’ve tried has been nothing short of extraordinary. My favorite morning brew is the Coffee Lovers Tea, rich, bold, smooth, and energizing without being overwhelming. In the evening, I wind down with Azul, a beautifully balanced, soothing and beautifully blue blend that feels like a lullaby in a teacup. And lately, I’ve fallen in love with Watermelon, my newest iced tea obsession, crisp, refreshing, and full of summer brightness.
One of the most nostalgic discoveries is my recently received Catskills Harvest. The flavor and aroma so closely resemble the house blend I once served at the tea shop that it instantly brought me back to that chapter of my life. It’s comforting, familiar, and incredibly well-crafted.
Most recently, I ordered two single-pot blends: Persian Rose and Duchess’ First Love. I just received them today and can’t wait to experience what I’m sure will be another pair of remarkable creations.
My tea cabinet is once again fully stocked, and I indulge in the hand crafted blends multiple times a day. Tay Tea has brought artistry, warmth, and inspiration back into my daily ritual. Each cup feels like both a memory and a celebration.

I have been drinking tea from this tea company for years. All their blends are amazing and to know that I love nearby is even better. Their store offers jewelry and clothing at a reasonable price. They also offer free samples of their teas. Really nice place to visit.

I truly love the tea here and the owner was so nice! My favorites so far are the Persian Rose, the Raj Chai and the Creamy Earl Grey. If you are in Delhi, definitely stop by and sample some tea. I've also seen Tay Tea at the Blue Bee Cafe in Delhi on the menu and in some local shops as well. I will definitely reorder my tea from here when I run out!

This was my first time at this store. From the moment we walked in until we left the customer service was perfect. The owner showed us around the store and all of her products, including the lovely selection of clothing and items she offers, everything was divine. I bought tumeric tea and a green blouse, the lady was so nice and took many pictures of me, she was so kind, I love this place, I can't wait to go back again, I highly recommend it.

One of the most personal shopping experiences I've ever had. The owner was just amazing and although she was helping another customer she went out of her way to greet me. Since she was busy another employee came right over to help. She as well was amazing. She answered all of my questions and went above and beyond to make sure I was knowledgeable about what I was buying. Definitely not a pressure store. So laid back. I ended up with a new tea kettle and two different teas. They were exactly as explained and very tasty. Definitely an amazing place...
