“To begin with, I was surprised by the option of BYOB; we'll know for next time! Tammy was an exceptional waitress giving us some insight to many of the dishes on the menu. Her outgoing personality was enjoyable! She was hustling to all the tables to get the other customers orders in a timely manner. The menu was mind blowing of the many choses. What we ordered was absolutely delicious! Thank you to the Chef for making a fresh batch of arancini; eating them took me back to the time I was stationed in Sicily! We will definitely be back again!!!!!“

“A diamond hidden in plain sight! Don’t miss scallion pancake, fried pot stickers, chicken satay with peanut sauce, tom kha soup, drunken noodles, basil fried rice ... we were stuffed to the gills, but then we saw the dessert menu. Sticky rice and mango ... and 4 forks please! 🤣 I’m uncomfortably full (my fault) but can’t wait to go back.“

“Me and my boyfriend ordered dine in combo’s. The chicken and fries were fantastic. My boyfriend said the sauces were mid, but overall, it was one of the better chicken places he’s tried and that’s saying a lot for him. Our only real complaint was pretty much the environment. We get that the place is meant to be more of a take-out location, and from what we could tell, that’s how everyone was ordering however with a larger, more cozy design, we could see this place competing with other larger wing places as successful as Wingstop.“

“this white girl loves me some pearl’s chicken. this is the second time this week i am ordering it. their fried chicken pieces are so damn good! full of flavor
crispiness and the chicken is wet and moist falls right off the bone. i slather it in honey and go mmmm the whole time i’m eating and sucking my fingers. the sweet potato pie comes warm and is delicious.
i liked their cole slaw. the only thing
i didn’t like was their mac and cheese. i don’t know why but it was so bland with little seasoning. they need to fix up their mac. that being said i truly love pearl’s chicken. they have so many options i look forward to trying more of the menu but i keep going back for chicken because

“I have to give them across the board. On this delivery. All five stars. I called back and pointed out that I did not receive the grilled chicken for my salad. However, I did receive everything else. It turns out that the same person who delivered my meal. Answered the phone call and redelivered my salad while making sure that they put everything in it. I will call back and order again. “First time eating here, the two hotdogs that i got were the chilli dog with ketchup and sauerkraut, relish, ketchup and let me tell you it was so delicious. It’s s nice to have something different in the area, the customer service was really good and the packaging for the hotdog was perfect (it was in a sealed container). The bun was sweet and the hotdogs were all beef from what i can tell. The pricing is also good considering the times we are in. Will definitely come back.“

“The staff are working hard and are very polite. Props to them because today it was the definition of peak customer traffic. Tonight however showed a need for restructuring to their workflow and organisation to compensate for these peak times.

Many other reviews point out that they receive collection notifications, but it’s automatic so it doesn’t reflect the real time status.
Another point would be that the order wait times can be presented/predicted ahead via current and past sales data.

“Food on time great hospitality took their time to make sure what I ordered was correct and took time to make my order in a fashionate way to meet my standards. Very respectful & understanding also food was at the right temperature not too cold & not too hot. 10 Outta 10. I would recommend to other customers based off my great experience“

“15 minutes promised to prepare the order turned into a half hour wait. Food was good after we broke down the language barrier. I remained patient and the order came out as I requested. Nice folks at the restaurant. I hope they remain open. They are a nice addition to the Central Avenue corridor.“

“Updating review, for now I'll just say I spent over an hour now. I went through it twice for the Popeyes Rewards. The first time it crashed right at the end without giving me a Validation Code, understandable. Went through it all again, more quickly, with out all the answering the questions and reviews. At the end it asks if you would like to post your review on Google. The first time is when it crashed. Got back to it again, said yes. It seemed to have posted but received no Validation Code. At this point I'm a little frustrated, being about an hour now. Called the Popeyes store I was just at, 2: 45pm. Spoke with said manager, might not been him that served me. I explained the situation, all I was told is to download the app. Unfortunately I was not able to understand what he was saying nor was he able to understand me, is suspect. I have to go back through there tomorrow and I'll see how it goes. Trying the support page is a waste of time, even supposedly found a corporate support line, JOKE, just sends you back to the same crap. Unreal, no support no nothing all over a couple pieces of chicken and a biscuit. Figured I would see how far I could get. Just do what you say you will do. I wanted to let you all know what I went through. If anyone has had a problem with this same issue, please respond, curious. I dont think I did anything wrong filling out the questioner. Thanks
