“I’m so happy we decided to stop in on our way out of WalMart. We ordered the chicken sandwich combo, and I was surprised to see the different levels of heat that you can choose from. I got mine without the slaw so I can’t comment on that, but the sandwich was delicious. It was an actual breaded chicken breast, not a patty. Cooked perfectly and piping hot. The seasoned fries are also very good, and this is coming from someone that doesn’t care for fries too much. My daughter was ecstatic because they have loganberry in the fountain machine. It is a bit pricey, but well worth it. Nice diner ambience, very friendly staff, plenty of parking. Will definitely return!“

“The chicken and seasoning is great. My new favorite place to eat. The Order ahead feature is 1000% more efficient than the Popeyes I have went to. Daves is a very busy place, normally 20 plus people in there at a time, so order ahead and skip the line.“

The young man who waited on us yesterday was a wonderful young man! He even complimented my handmade scarf and went out of his way to find mints for me. I realized in the way out he was the owners son. Even though it's a chain, they treat it as a family business and it's so nice to see!
