The staff were polite and friendly, and the service was quick even though it was a bit busy. The place was clean and well-maintained, which made the overall experience even better. “I come to this location regularly and am never disappointed . Almost every time that I come I have the pleasure of meeting with the manager Usman who always greets me with a smile along with a warm welcome. He clearly manages the store very well as my orders are always accurate and without issue . When I come to this location I look forward to my conversations with Usman and his exceptional service as he is the light of the store.“

“Some advice- if you’re ordering from uber eats, make sure you ask for ketchup! It doesn’t automatically come with your order and there’s no prompt to ask for it on the app. Also, the bbq honey is a dry rub. I was expecting a hot honey sauce.
I didn’t want to deduct a star because of this because it might be a company policy but I’m certainly not happy about it.“

“I came into the Popeyes Pickering location on Tuesday August 12th around 2pm. I just wanted to say that the two guys that were working were super friendly, very nice, smiling, engaging with customers. It was a nice refreshing change these days and I just wanted you to know how much I appreciated it, It is rare to get good customer service these days so when I do I want to share it. Thank you“

“Tried their Half Chicken Platter today and honestly, the peri-peri flavor was amazing. The chicken was cooked perfectly, juicy inside with a really good char on the outside. We went with the spicy option and wow, it actually had the kind of spice we were looking for.
They serve the platter with two extra complimentary sauces, which was a really nice touch and made the meal even better. Definitely a spot worth trying if you enjoy flavorful peri-peri chicken.“
