Terrible service, it’s 2:38pm on 9-23-24. The cashier looked miserable and had a terrible attitude. Three customers including myself received the wrong food or had to wait a long time for something simple like a soda and when approached about the issues the cashier and another associate (drive thru and front counter ) proceeded to give attitude. There was no positive engagement from the associates that are suppose to smile and engage customers politely.

Horrible store ! Noone go here go all the way down to the new McDonald's on Erie there is a short old lady that is a complete nightmare every time we go there and she is a manager! She flipped me and my boyfriend off and refused to take our order! Because we had to repeat ourselves 5 times. I swear to God I will literally post this everyday until that hag is fired she is always rude why do you choose to work in customer service with no customer service skills?!?!?! Just love spending my entire lunch in the drive thru...the one day I forget my lunch at home. NEVER AGAIN!
