It is an amazing restaurant. Don't be fooled by the outside. It has character inside. The couple that do the serving & cooking are the cutest. It is a definite go to place for a great home cooked Italian meal.
They are a small, family owned restaurant. Great, quiet atmosphere. If you're looking for original home cooked Italian food then this is the best place in the area. They have consistent loyal customers who have been coming to eat there for years. I myself really enjoy their chicken parm but they have SO much more to offer. They always have a fresh salad bar. Amazing. Hank & Mimma Pecori have owned, host, wait, bartend, cook & bus at this iconic venue for 52 years. Hank met Mimma in 1956 as a US sailor on leave in Italy. They married & returned to run this restaurant.They are the most adorable couple. Italian dishes are, obviously, authentic Italian. All meals are scratch cooked. They are in their 80's and have recently limited their days open to Friday & Saturday. We love this local family & their restaurant.
