“We waited for less than 5 minutes our meal was free. Manager said we waited too long. (I personally didn't feel the wait was extraordinary, I mean it wasn't like the McDonalds in Owego.) I wished more McDonalds managers valued the customers time as much. Thank you!“

“We always enjoy ourselves here. The food and beer selection is wide, so there's a bit of something for everyone. I'm doing dry February, and they had a terrific NA beer from Athletic! My vegetarian friend enjoyed the cauliflower wings. We accommodated a group of 10 on the fly (had unexpected extras), and the staff was ok with us putting tables together. Another nice table of guests even agreed to switch tables with our large group. It just shows that the people here, both patrons and employees, are into the friendly vibe.“
“When I went to SUNY Cortland, I would always get a coffee from Coffee Mania before my early morning classes. What a great establishment! Excellent menu items; pleasant service! Overall, a 10/10! There needs to be a Coffee Mania on Long Island!!!!!“
“A nice drive up, in and out kind of cafe. While not everything we ordered was quite to our taste, the bar like atmosphere was laid back and inviting without coming off as cheap. Sitting down inside offers a surprisingly attractive view of the city streets and really makes the experience. The food, again, was above average but a little hit or miss for us. “Originally I had the first cup of coffee from Copper Horse at the Blue Heron Music Festival. Since then I've been ordering their 5lbs Bulk bags and they're my regular coffee every morning. “Food was good. Bagels were decent for the area and the coffee was excellent. The location/atmosphere seems to be nice as well.On the other hand, the service was slow. I think maybe they just needed to make a fresh pot of coffee, but they didn't tell us this up front. We were waiting for 15-20 minutes for just bagels and coffee with no indication as to why. It's not a problem if you have to put on more coffee, I'll wait for that no problem, but just a friendly heads-up would be appreciated.“
“We visited this Dunkin on our way to Syracuse. This location is very small and is hidden inside a local gas station, but the service here was great and the food came out very hot and was freshly made.One standout thing about this experience was the snackin bacon! Nearly all other Dunkin locations that I visit have very plain, unseasoned snackin' bacon. This location cooked the bacon well and lathered their seasonings on it! It was some of the best snackin bacon we've had. Thanks for that!“
