Ordered on the app and waited for an hour before the food was ready people going through the drive through were more important I guess 1/10
I bought 2 boston Cream Donuts, my favorite, they came in a small box. I asked why she said so the frosting would not stick to the box
Ordered on the app got to the store and it was closed at 6AM. No one showed up for work. I would like a refund as I paid for the items.
Very small restroom. Super small store, crowded and cluttered with merchandise. We just stopped here to use the restrooms and check the truck.

The help is friendly, but if you go after work they are out of doughnuts. 8 hours before closing and no more doughnuts. Is this why you call it dunkin now? Even the name doesnt have any doughnuts.

I don't understand why the coffee is never stirred when I get it. Is it in the employee handbook to not stir it? It must be, because regardless of which Dunkin' I go to the coffee is never stirred.
