The Eagle Bay House is a newly renovated restaurant with a fun and lively atmosphere. The bar is a great spot to gather before dinner, and the staff is friendly and attentive. The food is amazing, with dishes like calamari, duck, short rib, steak Gorgonzola pasta, wings, tomato burrata, stuffed mushrooms, salmon, chicken piccata, and gluten-free options being standouts. The kitchen does an excellent job of bringing flavors together, and the tiramisu, strawberry rhubarb crumble, and strawberry shortcake are must-tries. The house sangria and Old Fashioned are also not to be missed. Despite being busy, the kitchen delivers food promptly, and the atmosphere is pleasant. With a great location in the Central Adirondacks, this restaurant is a must-visit for anyone looking for a delicious meal in the area.
