I came here with my family for a car show and ice cream. It was a very cute place off Transit Rd. They do car shows every Tuesday, it was cool to see the older, muscle cars from back then. I got a banana split which was absolutely delicious.

I haven't been to this place in years as I do not live in the area any longer. Went for their cruise night with my 1st gen Camaro.

Ordered a couple of shakes and a white hot. One shake was supposed to be peanut butter while the other was supposed to be root beer. They both were very thin and vanilla with a hint of flavor, not the thick flavor shakes I remember. The white hot was under cooked.

While sitting on the patio under the umbrellas to stay out of the sun one of the workers came around and started dropping the umbrellas taking our shade away despite the sun being high and bright still. Honestly, the entire patio should be under a canopy.

Busy but great service

We were on a mission to find the best soft serve ice cream in Buffalo. Checked out ~4 recommended places. We like Pautlers the best. When we were there the service was slow...but it was attentive. They kept us informed about our order. Great place to bring kids. Nice picnic & outdoor play area.

I've lived in WNY my whole life and in my 60 years, i have never visited Paulters. I was out and about at lunch time and thought I'd stop by. I wish i hadn't.

I got a cheese burger with a side of fries. The only fries they offered were steak or curly. I don't like either of those options so i chose the lesser ofbtwo evils and got the curly fries. I got lettuce and tomato on the burger.

The food arrived and it was tasteless. The burger was one of the worst I've ever had and the fries were no better. I know this is a WNY landmark but i seriously don't know how they stay open. Maybe its the ice cream? I didn't have that

I've been here multiple times before. The food has always been good. However, I do not recommend the tuna mac salad. Last time I went it tasted sour, maybe it was because of the dill they put all over it (definitely not made the way I'm used to.)

The staff is always friendly and welcoming, along with they keep the place clean. There is also an outdoor playground for children.

I came in today with my husband and our grandchildren and we were just met with the kindest service from a sweet girl who said her name was Daisy!
Daisy rocks!!!!

Pautlers is always a sign that warm weather is on the way. It has become a staple of the Clarence/Williamsville area. The food and ice cream are always consistent and is great to bring your family when you’re out and about. Staff is always welcoming and friendly.

I’ve seen my fair share of reviews about this place, and many are correct. But there are some that are unreasonable. Me and my children come here every so often and we haven’t had one rude cashier. The food is beyond excellent and the orders are usually made correctly. Now I can’t speak for everyone, but when you’re patient and give the cashier time to think, (especially with a longer order), your order won’t be wrong. Lots of the workers seem to be no older than 20, and is probably a first experience for many of them. So when you have lines out the door, you should expect these children to be stressed out. So some advice: if you are waiting a long time for food, look around and see how many others are waiting for food. Because if the food wasn’t worth it, you wouldn’t be waiting.
