Charlie's has THE BEST Fish Fry , not only in East Aurora, but in the whole area. It's crunchy on the outside and cooked to perfection on the inside. Comes with the usual sides plus choice of potato. It's enough for 2 meals and at the lowest price around. Delicious.

Server was very nice, food was on par, but took 37 minutes after I ordered to bring out a plain burger and 40 minutes for a BLT. Even a busy diner doesn't take that long and they had only 2 tables of patrons.

I am not even kidding when I tell you all, there was a used band-aid in my barbecue pulled pork sandwich. I took the rest of the sandwich that I didn’t finish home and I almost ate it. Will never eat here again and I would never recommend this diner to anyone in the future. The staff needs to reevaluate their work ethic and sanitary policies immediately.
