Consistency seems to be an issue here. Ordered cinnamon dolce and a café mocha as always, and today they had almost 3 inches of empty space below the rim. They advised “the whip” must have melted : /… but no problem with this last week. Why would there be 3 INCHES of whip? This has been an issue before and seemed to have been resolved, but clearly an issue again. Paying for a venti, NOT a tall.
The service at this location is great. They keep the line moving and it's kept clean. The sandwiches are premade and frozen, so you can't alter them very much. I did like the pesto on the turkey sandwich, but overall it wasn't anything I need to have again. Starbucks is known for their drinks so stick to what they are best at.

If it weren’t for the morning staff who are clever, cheery, welcoming and competent baristas, this would be a hard Starbucks location to re-visit. This team should be co-managers of the kiosk in this Tops. They know their clientele and they know the stock. I give the staff 5 stars without question but the inventory is always a mystery. That’s why the 4 stars.
