Save yourself the aggravation. We had a horrible experience from day one at this hotel. Starting with the check-in process. The front desk employee who checked us in gave us the wrong room number. We were not able to get in the room as the key was not working. I went back down to the front desk to confirm the room number because it sounded like someone was already in the room. She assured me twice that I had the right room number and advised me to be careful with my key card around...read full review
The "great:" - The hotel restaurant is excellent. Over two meals, we had 6 different entrees and all were great. Full bar and good beer selection. There are no other options within walking distance to the close hotel airports so the restaurant is a good reason to select this hotel. - Very close (across the street) from LaGuardia Airport. - Shuttle to the airport every 20 min. - Early check in compared to other hotels - 3:00 pm. Underwhelming for the price. Little choice due to airline mismanagement causing upset in travel plans. No perks at this hotel ($400+ for 1 night) Parking, breakfast, bottled water all extra $. Parking garage gate dysfunctional.
