“My husband and two of our friends went for dinner tonight. The drinks were on point, our calamari was delicious, I had the chicken Milanese which I loved, my husband had the casarecce. Our friends had the bolognese pasta dishes and we were all quite satisfied. Can’t wait to come back and try the pizzas!! Highly recommend!”

“We have been coming to the Crisp Cannoli every Saturday for family breakfast for a year now! The coffees, BEC on croissants, sweet treats are the best of the best. Even better is the atmosphere with the same, warm staff & owners that greet us every week. My 3 year old daughter feels like a VIP with smiles and hugs from Corey & Sam. It’s a one of a kind family-owned operation that is always a top-notch experience. 10 out of 5 stars!! Highly recommend. Wonderful in every way!”

“We’ve been here a few times, and as someone who lived in Shanghai in my youth, this food is TOP NOTCH! The food, drinks, atmosphere and service are all 10/10! Our favorites: steamed dumplings (xiao long bao style), thai chicken wings and lycee martini! We also have a toddler and the staff is so understanding (and the fun atmosphere helps).”

“A group of 8 to 10 of us has been going to roots every other week for a couple months to play mahjong in the back area. First of all, the food is good and there's a gourmet candy section to drool over at the front of the store. There are also great baked goods to take out. But I would like to address the staff, especially Mallory. They have made us feel so welcome. Our tables are always ready. She already knows what kind of drinks and soups and coffee most of us are going to want...(And when) She greets us and waits on us as soon as we arrive. And she attends to us all afternoon while taking care of the customers at the front of the store. One doesn't see this kind of excellence very often. They are accommodating attentive and fun. Ihighly suggest you try out Roots Cafe if you would like a delightful dining experience with good food, a cozy atmosphere an excellent service, whether you want to go for a quick breakfast or lunch or whether you want to go hang for a couple of hours... and ask for Mallory!”

The store is always clean, and decorated beautifully for the current holiday, year round. Caitlyn and her employees go out of their way to give exceptional service. “the service was great. Had a problem ordering online for pick up, so I called to see if order & payment went through and the lady who took my call was extreamly patient and checked for me. luckily it did go through and even let me know when I could pick it up as I was disconnected from there sight before I was given a time. when I arrived the same lady I spoke with on the phone gave me my order and said it just came out, and it was very hot just as she said. Every thing was great, and so much food. I even have enough leftovers for dinner tonight. Can't thank them enough for the great service, delicious food. Eat in , or order take out you won't be disappointed.”

We were waited on right away. As i was waiting i looked around the store and was very impressed. The tables were all clean including the floors and i also noticed the glass case was spottless. People always complain but noone takes the time when its good. These 2 ladies did a great job. Clean store was impressive. Great job.”

“There’s a reason why there may be a line... this Starbucks is the best!! Personable baristas that get to know you. They love my dogs! My order is always accurate and they don’t mind giving my toddler a “coffee” aka an espresso shot cup of whipped cream. You guys ROCK!”
