The Crisp Cannoli - Bakery & Cafe

This place is incredible. I rarely come to East Greenbush and I was driving through this morning and found a true gem of the area. The coffee is great, food is amazing and the staff here is so friendly and inviting. Indoor and outdoor seating, easy parking. The only problem is that I want to eat everything!!!

Good coffee and food. Internet is a bit on the slower side if looking to work remotely, but good enough as long as you're not doing anything too intensive.

Plenty of space and tables, and gets quite busy during lunch hour.

Top notch across the board! Really enjoy EVERYTHING about this place. The baked goods are some of the best in the capital district! The sandwiches ?!? Forget about it! I've had various ones that I've tried, Introduced multiple friends and we all come to the same conclusion - BANGIN!! 🔥🔥 Absolute fire! Enjoy

Crisp Cannoli absolutely knocked it out of the park for our Brockport College baseball team! They went above and beyond—customizing wraps, individually boxing every meal, and even labeling each one with players’ names for easy distribution. On top of that, they worked within our budget to provide a complete meal and dessert for everyone, including the coaching staff. And the best part? The food was fresh, flavorful, and a huge hit with the entire team. Highly recommend for any group catering needs!
And it’s fabulous for individual visits also, if you haven’t been, do yourself a favor and plan a trip!

That was so amazing. The Mac salad was incredible and so was the pastrami sandwich! Sam was very kind and helpful!! I would recommend this to everyone, come check it out :) Was worth the drive coming from Malta to try it out

The Crisp Cannoli was a one of kind experience. The baked goods were exceptional. It was the best French horn and buttercream I have ever had. The burgers and wraps were very good and portions were generous. My husband is from Brooklyn and thought the tri colors were some of the best. We placed 4 orders during the time we were there and came home and ordered a tee shirt off the website. Sam was super friendly and made us feel like family. We can’t wait to visit again from Philadelphia in May!

A lovely place to get delicious lunch and breakfast. I got the roast beef panini and it was amazing. The bakery also has a good selection of all sorts of baked goods! I highly recommend this place!

Been here 3 times now with nothing but the holy grail of food being served each time. Probly any baked good you can think of, breakfast/lunch sammies, burgers, and coffee are all offered. In fact, We were told that the Peppermint Mocha Latte might stay year-round! 🍫 Aside from the food and my aspirations for chocolate, staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is very unique. Paintings, quotes, honorary plaques, and fun little Godfather references all over. Highly recommend 👍

Future me here: I've come back probly 10 times and am revising this review to let you know that Crisp Cannoli is STILL THE BOMB 💣! Somebody's gonna have to roll me in by the next time I get back. Staff keeps getting friendlier too (by now I think they know my face=💵).

Had an Apple Fritter this morning! It was crisp on the outside and soft and fresh on the inside. The variety I got had toasted marshmallow creme on top that was light and flavorful - a nice addition to the Fritter.

I purchased quite a few cookies that came to over $30 for a family party that same day , they all turned out to be obviously Stale as several people that tried them also agreed with me. I didnt have the time to call or go back to the company and complain that day so i figured i could go back next time i was in the area and tell the manager myself. Well i ended up speaking to the Owner and he stated that his cookies are made fresh every day and that couldnt be the case' He then argued with me and said theres nothing he can do because i didn't come back the same day. I think that is horrible business ethics from a owner when i most certainly was not lieing and it could have just been a mistake he did not want to admit 😕 , i have spent a lot of money here since they have opened and after this experience with the owner i would not recommend .
