Went on international donut day, donuts were good but a bit of chewy texture. Only thing that was disappointing was the cinnamon roll, it was dry and hard. (Edit) So I came back after the owner asked that I retry the cinnamon roll, the 2nd time it was definitely better and fresher but maybe I just prefer a thicker roll but wasn't dry. The fudge fancy was decent but on the smaller side compared to other local bakeries. The Lobster tail wasn't bad just have never had a custard filled so it has a different taste and it's very crispy. The Maple Cream Bacon Cronut was amazing and made the trip worth it.

It's larger than it looks, so much seating space and I enjoy that the bakery showcases are out of the way of the cashier line so you can take your time to look at what they got, highly recommend their cannolis. Meun items seems fresh and I definitely would come again to try more things out.

Immediately loved the place. Its like a New York coffeehouse, bakery and café had a baby and named it the Crisp Cannoli. Everything looked good and fresh. I went to a party that had their cupcakes and next day I was there like air. My only observation the bakery cases are too high, making ordering a bit challenging. I also did care for the cashier at the point of sales. Her service was lackluster. We ordered two boxes and a to go sandwich and yet we had to ask for a bag BUT it may be a new York thing. The pastries were delicious. Stand out favorite was the apple caramel pop tart. Yes, I will be back when I visit again and I do recommend. Parking is ample and so is seating. It does seem to get busy and they do close mid afternoon. I heard the owner prefer people not tip his staff bc he states he pays ample wages but suggests guests donate to the charity box where he then donates accordingly. That is a W in our tip heavy society. I really like that if correct and I wish more owners followed suit!

This was such a cute place that I knew existed but didn't know how robust their menu is. From Breakfast and lunch foods, to pastries to a coffee bar. This place is adorable to eat at or take food home from. Staff is helpful, happy and great! Only downside is that they close so early.

Can't wait to visit again.

Man, I started to come back at first for the delicious food and phenomenal baked treats and desserts, but now I honestly keep coming back for the service. These people take such good care of you, it's incredible. Everyone is kind and sweet and helpful and its a beautiful place to go and enjoy great food either alone or with company. Worth going out of your way for.

We had been greeted with a smile and everybody was extremely friendly.
We ordered our food and It came out quick.
I got the tuna salad panini with macaroni salad, the two egg and cheese on a croissant and It was really great food.
They even have a spot in the back that honors local capital district fallen heroes. They created a spot specifically to have their pictures up with the stories displayed of their life and honorable deeds and I love a place that takes the time to highlight these individuals who have served in our community. If you go there to get some amazing food,

don't forget to stop by in the back to the display to say Thanks to those men for their service by reading something about them.

Pastry's are hit and miss. Last time they were stale. Definitely need a better system to keep them fresh. Price is fair if they are fresh.
