Pleasantly surprised. The food was pretty good, the service was great “A1”, and the atmosphere was nice. The drinks were great. I definitely reccomend the Cove Hollow Tavern to anyone looking for a good meal or a few good drinks.

One of our go to spots for a casual relaxed time with excellent food and service and quiet enough to be able to hear friends across the table. The special halibut entree was excellent and very lightly prepared over greens, mushrooms and cauliflower puree. One friend had a salmon rice bowl and another a strip steak and fries. Something for everyone. Firecracker shrimp always a favorite to share and the profiterole is a must.

The food was good, but really nothing special given the prices. The service was fine until the end of the meal when the waiter dropped off the check without asking if anyone wanted dessert or coffee. No one was waiting for a table, so there really was no explanation. Unfortunately, it's really hard to feel like you get value for your money dining out in the Hamptons, and Cove Hollow was no exception.
Another memorable dinner off-season at Cove Hollow. It's my husband's and my go-to restaurant. Service is right-level attentive. The ambiance is so lovely and the food never disappoints. Love this spot

A good variety of menu choices. My vegetarian dish was very good and so was my husband's chicken dish. The dressing on the house salad wasn't to my taste but all in all, a solid choice- I plan on going back.

Not such an enjoyable evening. Sat outside, which was a mistake because there is non-stop road noise. Menu is small and not particularly interesting. Beet salad was drowned in dressing. Main course took forever to come. Had to ask for break twice when other tables all had bread. Rocket flavored wings were missing flavor. All in all, disappointing even for EH. Unlikely to return. Manager tried to improve on an unpleasant experience, which was appreciated, but there was too much not to like.
Our server Lucy was an absolute delight. The tofu bowl was delicious and Erik at the bar makes some killer mocktails if you're not in the mood to drink. Always an amazing dining experience at Cove Hollow Tavern.
