This place is great! I was in and out during the peak lunch rush in a matter of maybe 6 minutes. Ordered a great hot sandwich, made a coffee, and next thing i know my sandwich was ready! And i went back and it was the same a few days later. They are on top of it 1000%. Never have i had such good deli food so quickly anywhere else. Just so impressed with how good everything was and how fast and good the service was. Not to mention the pricing is very fair especially considering the area. I would go out of my way to come here whenever I am working remotely close to the area. Love it here. Thank you M&R Deli!

What an experience. I'm rating the food on the higher scale because it was actually good however I will never do business here again after my experience. I work out in the Hampton areas and stopped in here one afternoon to grab some lunch. It was around 3:30pm, they close at 4pm. I walked in and immediately the young man at the counter was irritated by my presence due to it being close to closing, fine, I shook that vibe off. I ordered a chicken cutlet with roasted red peppers, mozz, and balsamic on a panini with a small bag of Hal's chips. It came to $14 and some change. The sandwich was actually delicious so I decided despite the attitude I had gotten a few days prior to return for lunch on another day. I order the same thing, now mind you what I ordered also comes with a side salad and pickle which I did not receive the first time and I didn't ask for them because I wasn't that hungry, paninis are $12 with those 2 items included. So I order the same sandwich (again didn't ask for the sides, the sandwich again didn't come with them like on the menu) and this time I was rung up for $16 and some change. So I pull up my credit card receipt from a few days prior and asked why the amount is different. Well, this ruffled some feathers. I'm assuming this man was an owner or higher up of some sort as he came over to the register with an attitude, "What's the problem here?". I explained to him the issue and showed him my credit card receipt to which he came at me with a raised voice and this, "well the kid the other day must have rung it up wrong, it's $12 plus $2 for the chips and tax.". The young man from the other day was there at the time and this owner/manager confronted him (the young man remembered me) asking why he rung it up wrong. This young man looked mortified which told me, this deli was caught red handed price gouging what they thought was an "out of towner". Which I am not. It isn't about the $2 difference, it's about being shady with your customers. Be aware of what you get charged here because they are clearly trying to play people. There are plenty of other wonderful options in the immediate area.

Amazing food and service
Just ordered 5 sandwiches from this place.3 of them were from the special sandwich menu, which non of them came as described in menu. All 5 sandwiches are supposed to be hot,and on heroes, and they all arrive cold, and on rolls. No napkins, or utensils, even though I specifically asked in the grub hub part. So over all well over $120 bucks for something I could have made from items at the grocery store next to where we are working in the parking lot.

Despite the listing indicating a 6 am opening, I walked half a mile and waited outside for 20 minutes in the rain. It was disheartening that I didn't receive my order until 6:45, adding to the overall frustration. The poor customer service, especially from the blonde lady, pushed me

If zero was an option, that would be the choice. Walked in, said hello. Person behind the counter did not even grunt, just looked at me. Never been inside before, was not sure if there was prepared sandwiches or what. Asked, may i please have 1/2 pound of roast turkey. No response, took a good 10 minutes. Place was dirty and people beyond rude. Never going back.
The tugger bfast sandwich is the single good thing that happened to me in east Hampton, the shining jewel in a miserable, awful trip. I was sitting in the sweltering heat, disgusting, tired, but some angel had assembled a beautiful delicious breakfast sandwich that lifted my spirits.
Their breakfast sandwich is great but some of the staff are just so incredibly rude for practically no reason. I walked in at 11:40 asking for a breakfast sandwich, to which he responded that breakfast was closed. I said their website says breakfast doesn't close till 12, and he responded " I just don't feel like making that sandwich right now." It sucks because I like it there a lot but every now and then I have a bad experience with staff.
Fantastic food
