So the froyo was reaaaally good. And my favorite topping that you should try is the mochi and sour belts. Let’s go Knicks! Knicks in five!

Recently found this place, and so happy I did. Great local family owned business to support! Best priced fro yo in the Hamptons and overall amazing vibes. Definitely going again next time I’m in East Hampton.

The Sweet Spot is a solid option for serve-yourself froyo, with lots of tasty flavors and generous cup sizes. They offer a good selection of toppings and other desserts like cakes and brownie bars. The seating inside is a bit limited and can get cold due to the air vents on the floor. Despite being a little pricey, it's definitely a fun experience. The staff is always nice and they make the best thickshakes. With unique options like "unicorn bark" among the toppings, it truly is a sweet spot for dessert lovers. The shop is very clean and offers awesome service with a great selection. Customers can help themselves to self-serve soft serve ice cream and yogurt. Although it can get quite crowded during the busy summer season, convenient street parking is available, making it easy to visit.
