This store, which has been a staple in East Hampton, has made delicious sausage and prepared foods. Having been a huge fan of their sausages, with the extremely fresh ingredients they use, I just bought a pound of the broccoli rabe and the fennel sweet sausage. I recommend the prep cook taste the mix before he or she adds salt. Both the Broccoli Rabe and the Fennel sausage were so salty I couldn't taste the fresh ingredients that I knew it contained; I only tasted salt.
